I’m a San Francisco-based sommelier, offering virtual and in person private tastings, founder of Sommplicity.
My mission is to make wine more approachable.
My passion for wine runs deep, but it wasn’t always this way. Like many, I once found the world of wine fascinating yet intimidating. Determined to dive into its mysteries, I became a Level 2 Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers and passed WSET Level 3 with Distinction. Now, I’m on a mission to help others explore and enjoy wine without the overwhelm.
With a background in product management at a large technology company, I’ve spent years making complex technology simple and easy for everyday users. I bring that same approach to wine—simplifying the details while highlighting the joy each bottle can bring.
